🔬 LPS-treated macrophage에서 ROS 측정
Photo-oxidation Resistant DCFH-DA로 염색한 RAW264.7 cells에 LPS 처리(10시간) 시, intracellular ROS level이 유의미하게 증가하는 것을 확인하였습니다.
💡 형광 관찰 중 Photo-oxidation 억제 효과
Normal HeLa cells에서 일반 DCFH-DA는 excitation light에 의해 지속적으로 photo-oxidation이 발생하여 fluorescence intensity가 증가하지만, Photo-oxidation Resistant DCFH-DA는 이러한 형광 누적을 억제하여 intracellular ROS의 실제 변화를 왜곡 없이 정확하게 측정할 수 있습니다.
