Simultaneous Detection of ROS in LPS-treated macrophages
Using ROS Assay Kit–Photo-oxidation Resistant DCFH-DA–stained RAW264.7 cells, the result showed that, after 10 hours of LPS-treated, the intracellular ROS level was significantly increased.

Reduction of Photo-oxidation by Observation Light
In unstimulated HeLa cells, the results showed that the fluorescence intensity of DCFH-DA increased as the probe was photo-oxidated with excitation light, while Photo-oxidation Resistant DCFH-DA significantly suppressed photo-oxidation during observation.
